Malaysia-Luban Mozi College (CCCC), located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the College aims to cultivate internationalised technical and skilled talents through a combination of vocational training and academic education. In terms of running conditions, the college relies on the quality resources of New Era University College and China Communications Construction (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and has advanced teaching equipment, abundant library resources and professional teaching staff.

Binzhou Polytechnic provides dual-teacher teachers with International School Chinese Teacher's Certificate and rich professional skills, New Era University College has a number of doctoral supervisors and industry experts, while China Communications Construction (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. provides a team of experienced and skilled engineers as the internship and practical training instructors.

In terms of operation mechanism, the college is jointly operated and managed by the three parties, and relevant safeguard support documents have been formulated to ensure adequate funding and investment in teaching equipment and facilities. In the near future, the key work to be carried out by the College includes the establishment of Luban Mozi College (CCCC), the development of teaching resources in line with the needs of overseas Chinese enterprises, the organisation of trainees to participate in internships and practical training and the development of customised training according to the needs of enterprises, the construction of overseas skills practical training bases in collaboration with the government, enterprises and schools, the organisation of students to study in China to establish a talent pool of international students, as well as the development of Malaysian country studies. Through these efforts, the College will actively promote the synergistic development of Chinese language education and vocational education, and cultivate more high-calibre technical and skilled talents for Malaysia and Chinese-funded enterprises.
