At the inauguration ceremony, President of ESTEP Moktari Ismail, Secretary of Party Committee of Binzhou Polytechnic Liu Jinyi, and Secretary General of Sino-North Africa Education Innovation Association Morocco Abdellatif Mazouz participated in the activity. Liu Jinyi, Secretary of Party Committee of Binzhou Polytechnic, and President Moktari Ismail delivered speeches and introduced the specific situation of their respective schools, and student representatives of the 2+1 International School programme made speeches.

During the inspection period, Liu Jinyi and his entourage visited the Chinese Embassy in Morocco to seek national attention and support for the construction of overseas branch campuses in Morocco; held talks with representatives of the Moroccan Association of Chinese Enterprises - China Railway Construction Group, Morocco Branch, and the person in charge of the project in Morocco of Bertram's Morocco, and put forward ‘BinJiao programme’ around the theme of ‘Teaching Follows Output’, and how to serve Chinese enterprises overseas; went to Tunisia for a field visit to the cooperative institution Arab University of Sciences to sign a cooperation agreement on the construction of overseas branch campuses in Tunisia. Chinese-funded enterprises to put forward the ‘Binzheng programme’; went to Tunisia to visit the cooperative institutions of the Arab University of Sciences, signed a cooperation agreement on the construction of Tunisia overseas branch.
In recent years, the school actively responded to the national ‘One Belt, One Road’ initiative, has been in Africa, Guinea, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Morocco, Tunisia, the construction of overseas branch campuses, Chinese workshop, ‘Luban-Mozi College’, overseas industry-teaching fusion training centre; there are from Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Zimbabwe and Lesotho, and 19 Moroccan students are enrolled in the ‘2+1’ mode; we have developed teaching resources and helped African countries to develop 6 international vocational standards; through the ‘Chinese Bridge’, ‘Chinese Language Programme’ and ‘Chinese Language Programme’, we are able to offer a wide range of courses and programmes. Through ‘Chinese Bridge’ and ‘Chinese + Vocational Skills’ training programmes, the university has trained nearly 3,000 local employees for Aluminium Corporation of China Limited and China Railway Huagang Mining Company.
In the next step, the school will accelerate the pace of international cooperation with African countries, increase the substantive cooperation between vocational education and Chinese enterprises going abroad, provide assistance to enterprises in the training of ‘Chinese + vocational skills’, solve the problem of shortage of technical and skilled personnel brought about by the industrial agglomeration, and walk out of a new way of internationalisation through school-enterprise cooperation.
