Recently, the International School of Binzhou Polytechnic held the opening ceremony of online ‘Chinese + Wine Making and Tasting’ in the training room of ‘Chinese + Vocational Skills’. Kang Yu, Director of International Exchange Department of Alsace International Wine School of France and 20 MBA students of the school specialising in wine and distilled spirits attended the opening ceremony, and Li Yudi, President of the International College, delivered a speech. After the opening ceremony, the teachers of the International College conducted the first ‘Chinese + vocational skills’ course for the students.

In the well-designed classroom, the participants followed the teaching of Ms. Yilin Yao, from shallow to deep, step by step, and learned to express the basic knowledge of wine they knew in simple Chinese; when it came to the process of wine making, the participants were very interested in the Chinese vocabulary corresponding to the professional skills, and there were frequent interactions between the classroom and the classroom online and offline; the course finally oriented to the wine culture in China, and ended with the famous line of Su Shi's ‘When will the bright moon come? At the end of the course, the course was orientated to Chinese wine culture and ended with Su Shi's famous line ‘When will the moon come out?’, which successfully integrated Chinese language with traditional culture and vocational skills, and won a high degree of affirmation from both the French school authorities and the students.

The Alsace International Wine Academy is located in Saverne in the Lower Rhine department of Alsace region in northeastern France.
