To further enhance the quality of education for international students, standardize the operational practices of language training and preparatory courses, and improve teaching standards, in accordance with relevant policies and regulations—including the "Measures for the Administration of Enrollment and Cultivation of International Students by Schools" (Decree No. 42 of the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Public Security), the "Opinions on Further Strengthening and Regulating the Management of Education Fees" by five ministries (Cai Jiao [2020] No. 5), the "Notice of the General Office of the Shandong Provincial People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Measures for the Administration of Fees in Higher Education Institutions in Shandong Province," and the "Measures for the Administration of Service Fees and Incidental Fees in Higher Education Institutions in Shandong Province" (Lu Fa Gai Jia Ge [2025] No. 660) issued by the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Shandong Provincial Department of Finance, and the Shandong Provincial Department of Education—and considering the actual operational costs of the institution, Binzhou Polytechnic will offer language training and preparatory courses for international students. Eligible international students may register voluntarily. The fee rates for these programs are hereby publicly announced as follows:

IV. Fee Rates

Based on the principles of cost recovery and non-profit orientation, and following research and calculations, the fee rates for international student training are determined as follows:

- Language Training Students: 4,000 RMB per person per semester; 8,000 RMB per person per academic year.

- Preparatory Course Students: 8,000 RMB per person per semester; 16,000 RMB per person per academic year.
