On the morning of June 24th, the graduation ceremony of the 2025 international students of “Bindings of Binzheng - Building Dreams and Sailing Away” was held in the lecture hall on the fifth floor of East Annex Building, and 26 international students from 6 countries including Mongolia and Pakistan successfully completed their studies and started their new journey. Mr. Shen Baizhong, deputy secretary of the Party committee and president of the college, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech, and the main persons in charge of the International College, College of Humanities, College of Education, College of Information Engineering, College of NCOs, teachers' representatives, and all the teachers and students of the College of International Studies participated in the ceremony. The activity was presided over by Hu Hongtao, a member of the party committee and president of Binzhou Institute of Applied Science and Technology.

In his speech, Shen Bozhong affirmed the achievements of international students' education in the International College and earnestly encouraged the graduated students: firstly, they should always keep the will to study hard and cultivate themselves, and make deep ploughing on the road of knowledge; secondly, they should improve their Chinese study, and touch the root of Chinese culture with the language as a bridge; thirdly, they should be brave enough to take the responsibility of mutual appreciation of civilization, and be the messenger of Chinese and foreign cultural exchange. He improvised on-site teaching to the international students: “Binzhou is not big, but continues to create myths; Binjiao is very small, I hope you get better and better!” The international students actively followed the study and interacted with the principal warmly.

Li Yudi, Secretary of the General Party Branch of International College, reported the education and teaching work of the international students of the Class of 2025 in three aspects: teaching development, student management and cultural activities, expressed her gratitude to the Party Committee and leaders of the university, all the sister colleges and the hard-working teachers, and read the list of the completion and outstanding students. Ms. Zhao Anqi of International College, as the representative of teachers, spoke and encouraged the international students to go on with their passion for Chinese; Ms. Zhang Lin of College of Education presented commemorative badges to the students and blessed the international students with a bright future; student representatives, Amin and Edi, expressed their gratitude to the teachers and their reluctance to part with the school respectively.

The international students sang a song “Writing China” to express their love for China, and expressed their love for traditional Chinese musical instruments and recognition of traditional Chinese culture with a piece of guqin song “Xianwengcao”. Students elaborately produced “love BinJiao - thanksgiving flotsam” documentary, with a camera review of the campus life in the little by little. Teachers also presented a song “goodbye”, expressing their farewell to students.

This graduation ceremony is not only a successful conclusion of the international students' journey across mountains and seas, but also a new beginning for them to go to the world and pursue their dreams. It is expected that the international youths will build a bridge between Chinese and foreign exchanges and continue to write more wonderful stories in their future lives.
