In order to deeply implement the overall national security concept and enhance the national security awareness and the concept of the rule of law of all teaching staff, the International College has strictly implemented the deployment of the school during the National National Security Education Day, and has carried out multi-dimensional and full-coverage publicity activities for the promotion of the law by combining with the characteristics of the college's foreign-related schooling.

1. Focus on theory and deepen thematic study

Organize all faculty and staff to carry out national security thematic study sessions, and systematically study the National Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Counter-espionage Law and other core laws and regulations. Combined with the actual practice of international exchanges and cooperation of the college, it focused on analyzing the scenarios of information security, risks of academic exchanges, and management of expatriates in the foreign-related activities of colleges and universities, and clarified the specific application of the national security regulations in the declaration of international cooperation projects, management of international students, and cross-border academic exchanges. It guides the faculty and staff to establish the awareness of security responsibility of “no trivial matter”, and effectively improves their ability to prevent risks and safeguard national security in international affairs.

II.Innovative forms to build up students' safety defense line

Under the theme of “Knowing and abiding by the law, studying abroad in peace”, we carried out a special class meeting for students on the theme of legal literacy. Through the preliminary questionnaire research, we accurately sorted out the risk points such as visa overstaying, overseas traffic violation, academic integrity and so on. In the class meeting, in-depth analysis of cases, warning video broadcasting, scenario simulation and other forms were adopted, focusing on the interpretation of the “Exit and Entry Administration Law”, “Road Traffic Safety Law” and other legal provisions closely related to the study life, emphasizing the management of visa validity, registration of overseas accommodation, traffic safety norms and other precautions. Interactive sessions such as group discussion and legal knowledge quiz were set up, and students were organized to sign the “Commitment for Traffic Safety” to strengthen their sense of responsibility. After the meeting, a “one-on-one” Q&A group was established to push legal reminders, and class teachers followed up the implementation through dormitory visits to form a dynamic “Risk Ledger”, realizing closed-loop management of education.

III.Expanding positions and enhancing the effectiveness of online education

Fully utilize new media platforms such as the WeChat public number to publish national security-related laws and regulations, typical cases, propaganda slogans and other content, and push national security knowledge articles. Break the time and space restrictions, so that the majority of faculty and staff can learn national security knowledge anytime, anywhere, to further broaden the coverage and influence of national security education.

IV. Promoting Learning by Competition, Total Enhancement of All Staff Participation

Actively responding to the call of the school, the organization of all teaching staff to participate in the tenth anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the National Security Law national security quiz and read aloud activities. Through the knowledge quiz to consolidate the legal knowledge reserve, read aloud the classic provisions to deepen the understanding and memory, to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff to take the initiative to learn national security knowledge, and to create a “race to promote learning, learning to promote action” good atmosphere.

Through a series of activities to publicize the law, the college staff's awareness of national security and the rule of law has been significantly improved, and the concept of “national security is everyone's responsibility” has been deeply rooted in people's hearts.
