In order to deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, implement the “Opinions on Strengthening Party Building in Colleges and Universities in the New Era” and “Rule of Law in China Construction Plan (2020-2025)” requirements, and promote the “Party Building + Rule of Law + Education” synergistic innovation, on the eve of May 4th Youth Day, Binzhou Vocational College International College Binzhou Vocational College International College jointly with Bin Cheng District People's Court jointly carried out the “Party building stage, legal education empowerment - international students ‘zero distance’ feel the rule of law in China” activities. Teachers and students of the International College have gone to the Integrity Enlightenment Center, Party Enlightenment Center, Litigation Service Hall, Judicial Protection Center for Minors, and Tianping Classroom for a field visit, and systematically understood the operation mechanism of the socialist trial system with Chinese characteristics as well as the results of the Bin Cheng Court's cultural construction and party building work. At the symposium, Li Jing and Li Yudi introduced the basic situation of party building and business work of Bin Cheng Court and International College respectively. During the activity, international students of the International College also carried out in-depth exchanges and interactions with the young police officers of the District Court on the topics of network security for international students and the protection of consumer rights and interests. The international students actively asked questions, and the young police officers answered them in detail with practical cases, and the atmosphere was warm. Through the exchanges and interactions, the international students not only enhanced their awareness of the rule of law and self-protection ability, but also gained a deeper understanding and recognition of China's rule of law culture.

This activity is an important initiative to deepen school-local cooperation and promote the deep integration of party building and business. Through immersive experience of Chinese judicial practice, the international students realized the achievements of China's rule of law construction and the rigor and temperature of judicial work, and promoted the exchange and mutual understanding between Chinese and foreign rule of law civilizations. In the next step, the International College will continue to expand the breadth and depth of cooperation with the People's Court of Bin Cheng District, promote the organic combination of party building with rule of law education and talent cultivation, continue to carry forward the Chinese rule of law culture, and contribute to the cultivation of high-quality talents with international vision and rule of law literacy.
