Crossing Mountains and Seas, Gathering at Binzhou Vocational College | Binzhou Vocational College Holds 2025 International Student Orientation Ceremony On September 3, Binzhou Vocational College held its 2025 International Student Orientation Ceremony themed “Crossing Mountains and Seas, Gathering as One Family.” Fifty-five new students from 15 countries officially began their academic journey at Binzhou Vocational College.


Liu Jinyi, Secretary of the University Party Committee, attended the event and delivered a speech. Shen Baozhong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President, presided over the event. Wang Jinbo, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President; Zheng Jinglei, Political Commissar of the Exit-Entry Administration Brigade of the Municipal Public Security Bureau; Liu Feng, Deputy Director of the Bincheng District Committee Propaganda Department; Guo Mengyu, Party Secretary, Director, and Fourth-Level Researcher of the Bincheng District Culture and Tourism Bureau; Yan Fei, Director of Zhongcheng Senior High School and Principal of Beijing Boyuan Kindergarten; and relevant leaders from the Exit-Entry Administration Brigade of the Bincheng Branch of the Municipal Public Security Bureau attended the event.

Liu Jinyi introduced Binzhou's cultural heritage, developmental vitality, and the university's educational achievements. He expressed three expectations for the newly enrolled international students: First, with the perseverance of “water wearing away stone,” deeply appreciate the beauty of the Chinese language and strive to become “Chinese Plus” interdisciplinary talents.
